The Fitsticks Concept
Keep your knee over the front of your foot as you lunch. Maintain good posture, aim for a neutral spine and lunge up & down, not back & forth.
Start laying down in a plank position with your arms by your sides. Using your stomach muscles progressively raise your back and touch your toes.
Position your hands below the chest at shoulder width. Start with your knees on the floor if the press up is too difficult. Aim for a straight spine.
Keep your knees over your feet as you squat. Avoid squatting too deep and aim for your hips to be at knee level. Add resistance to increase difficulty.
